Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority is our Tribally Designated Housing Entity (TDHE). Among the programs
they administer for the tribe are Rental Assistance and First Time Home Buyers. Hopland Housing has both of
these applications which can be picked up or mailed out from the Housing office. A member can also contact Jill
Miranda at Northern Circle directly by phone @ 800-521-3191 for members that are out of the area or 707-468-1336
for local (Ukiah) members. You can also request both applications by writing to Northern Circle Indian Housing
Authority at 694 Pinoleville Dr. Ukiah Ca. 95482. For the First Time Home buyer’s application, requests should be
directed to Jimi Caffery, Education Supportive Services Coordinator.
All of the applications mentioned above along with the Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority’s Rental
Assistance Program Handbook will be available at the next general membership meeting.
